Massage at home in Prague

I am Aillen, a massage therapist from the Philippines, working in Prague since 2023. I do not run a salon you would travel to. I come to your flat with a massage mat, fresh linen, towels and oils, and take everything away again afterwards. You stay home.

What a home visit looks like

1. You pick a time. The calendar shows free days and times. Three to four hours’ notice is enough, and the same day often works.
2. I confirm the taxi fare. Travel is the real taxi price there and back, with nothing added on top. You know the exact figure before we agree on a time.
3. You pay before the massage. Once the time is confirmed, I email you a payment link to pay by card. Clients I already know can pay on arrival, before we start, in cash or by card.
4. I arrive and set up. Laying out the mat, linen and towels takes about ten minutes. I ask what is bothering you and what I should avoid.
5. The massage, and the quiet after it. The time you book is pure massage time; setting up and packing away are not counted. Afterwards I let you lie for a while, pack up and leave. You do not have to see me out.

What I need from you

• Free floor, roughly two metres by one. In a living room it is usually enough to move the coffee table.
• A warm room. The body cools down during a massage faster than you would expect.
• A washbasin where I can wash my hands.
• For a scrub massage, a shower to rinse off the peeling.

You do not need a massage table. I work on a mat on the floor, for Thai and oil massage alike.

What to wear

For an oil massage you stay in your underwear, and the part of the body I am not working on stays covered. For a Thai massage you are dressed the whole time, in loose clothing.

Who comes to your door

I do, so you know in advance who will ring the bell. I hold the Czech professional qualification for sports massage therapists and have thirteen years of practice. I speak English; my Czech is limited, so if you would rather write in Czech, my husband Jan handles the messages. There is more on the About me page.

Where in Prague I come

Mostly the centre: Prague 1, 2 and 3, which means Old Town, Lesser Town, Josefov, New Town, Vinohrady, Žižkov and Karlín. That is where I reach you fastest and where the taxi costs least, usually 100–300 CZK (4–12 €).

I also cover the rest of Prague and the area within roughly 15 kilometres. The further from the centre, the higher the taxi fare. Approximate figures by district are in the price list.

Massages I do at your home

• Back and neck massage, 30 or 60 minutes. The usual choice after a day at a computer.
• Oil massage, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Whole body, warm oil, slow strokes.
• Traditional Thai massage, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. No oil, in comfortable clothing.
• Thai massage of glutes and lower back, 30 or 60 minutes.
• Foot massage, 30 or 60 minutes. Can be done seated.
• Scrub massage with body peeling, 60 or 90 minutes.
• Face and head massage, 30 or 60 minutes.
• Cupping, 90 minutes.

Prices

The price depends on the length, from 30 to 120 minutes. Current figures in CZK and EUR are in the price list on the main page. The taxi fare is added on top, and I confirm it in advance.

The price covers everything I bring: the mat, fresh linen, towels and oils.

Questions people ask

How far ahead should I book?

Three to four hours is enough. Around weekends and public holidays it is better to get in touch earlier, as fewer times are free.

Do you come in the evening and at weekends?

Yes. Evening and weekend times are shown in the calendar.

I have children or a dog at home. Is that a problem?

No. I only ask you to make sure the massage can go ahead in peace.

Will there be music?

Only if you want it. I play it quietly, and some clients prefer silence.

What about privacy?

The massage takes place at your home, at the time we agree, and I attend only to you. I keep clients’ names to myself, and I take no photos or videos without your consent.

Can I cancel or move the booking?

Yes, free of charge up to four hours before the start. For later cancellations I charge 50% of the massage price. Details are in the terms and conditions.

Can I give a massage as a gift?

Yes. A gift voucher is valid for any massage on the list.
